Can I choose where my stall is located?

The trade fair management will allocate the stands, taking your preferences into account as much as possible. If necessary, spaces can be slightly enlarged or reduced, stands moved, or reassigned. No compensation will be provided in such cases. Factors considered for allocation include the exhibitor's length of time participating, the registration date, and the desired stand size.

Is there a service fee?

Yes. All main exhibitors will be charged a service fee for general ancillary costs and waste disposal/recycling, depending on the size of the stand:

up to 25 m2: CHF 119.00
26 m2 to 50 m2: CHF 187.00
51 m2 to 100: m2 CHF 255.00
From 101 m2: CHF 429.00

Do exhibitors receive free admission tickets?

Yes. All exhibitors receive one or, if desired, several individual ticket codes (without quantitative restrictions). Guests can use this code to register online for INNOTEQ free of charge. BERNEXPO will not charge for the redeemed tickets.

Can I cancel my registration?

In the event of a withdrawal from registration, the following applies:

Before sending the stand confirmation: 25% of the space rental fee
After sending the confirmation of the stand or after a response time of two weeks: 100% of the space rental fee.

Ordered services will also be billed if they have already been provided.

The fee for co-exhibitors remains due in any case.

Are all exhibitors approved for INNOTEQ?

Organizations with a connection to the subject matter are eligible to exhibit. There is no right to admission. Applications may be rejected without explanation.

Are co-exhibitors allowed at a booth?

Main exhibitors have the option to register co-exhibitors for a flat fee of CHF 1500.00. These costs will be invoiced to the main exhibitors.

Co-exhibitors have the following rights:

Sales activity at the stand of the main exhibitor
Entry in the exhibitor directory
Entry in the hall plans
Exhibitor profile on the visitor website
Customizable promotional items
Free guest tickets
Ordering exhibitor cards
Ordering parking tickets (fee applies)
Participation in the opening and the exhibitors' evening

How can I benefit from member prices?

Members of the aforementioned associations benefit from reduced rates. Membership is defined as having taken out a membership with the partner associations for the year of issue. A list will be submitted to the associations for verification. Any discrepancies will be billed accordingly.
