Public parking spaces are available 24/7 in the "expo Parking" car park (P8). Wankdorf Center Parking is not an official trade fair car park.

Are there disabled parking spaces?

Yes, you will find 5 parking spaces for people with disabilities in expo Parking:

Basement 1: 3 parking spaces

Basement 2: 2 parking spaces

In addition, there are further disabled parking spaces in the outdoor parking areas of P3 and on Tschäppätstrasse.

Are there charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes?

Charging stations for electric vehicles are available in the expo parking lot and on Tschäppätstrasse. You must bring your own charging cable.

In addition, there are numerous public charging stations for electric cars in Bern.

There are currently no charging stations available for e-bikes.

Where do I park motorcycles, bicycles and trucks?

At Papiermühlestrasse and Tschäppätstrasse you will find covered bicycle racks and parking spaces for two-wheelers.

Trucks may only park in the public parking areas after prior request: expoparking@bernexpo.ch

Are there parking spaces for nightliners and VIPs?

Parking spaces for nightliners and VIP parking spaces can be requested and reserved subject to availability. Advance booking is mandatory. Please contact us at expoparking@bernexpo.ch

Is there a maximum parking time?

The maximum parking time in the outdoor parking areas is 24 hours.

Which vehicle types are permitted?

The maximum entrance height in the expo Parking garage is 2.10m. Trailers, motorcycles and larger vehicles are not permitted.

Vehicles with trailers up to 5m in length and cars up to 3.5 tons are permitted in the outdoor parking areas. Please send your request to expoparking@bernexpo.ch and include the following information:

Time period (date, time ± 1 hour)
Vehicle type & number of vehicles
Gross weight & length
Contact details of driver:
Overnight stay in vehicle yes/no

Parking spaces are limited. Reservations are only valid after written confirmation. Additional charges apply for vehicle movements or further reservations.

Where can I find additional parking spaces?

During events, we provide up to 4,000 additional parking spaces within walking distance of the BERNEXPO area on P5, P6 and P17 – some with shuttle bus service to the exhibition grounds.

You can find other parking garages in the surrounding area and the city of Bern at Bern Parking .

Can I sign a long-term rental agreement at Expo Parking?

Are you interested in a long-term rental space at expo Parking? We would be happy to inform you about current availability, prices, and terms. Please contact us by email at expoparking@bernexpo.ch . If a space is available, you can fill out the rental agreement directly and send it to us by email as well.
